Town of York Board to Weigh Vacation Rental Permit, Road Work

The Town of York Board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, at the Town Hall, N8105 Postville Road, Blanchardville, with a Zoom option also available. The agenda includes several land use, road and administrative items for residents to watch.
A key item is a conditional use permit request from Morgan Robertson for lodging at N7704 Gould Hill Road. Materials submitted to the town describe the proposed use as a vacation rental advertised through Airbnb and VRBO, with up to six guests and no events.
