Bilingual Leadership Program Opens in Green County
A new nine-part bilingual leadership program will help adults and high school seniors in Green and Lafayette counties build communication, team management, civic engagement and community networking skills through practical training this fall.
A new bilingual leadership development program will give people who live or work in Green and Lafayette counties an opportunity to strengthen workplace, business and community leadership skills beginning this fall.
The Workforce and Entrepreneurial Leadership Development program is designed for employees, entrepreneurs and others interested in expanding their businesses, preparing for leadership roles and building stronger professional and community networks.
The program will be offered in English and Spanish. Adults who live or work in either county are eligible to participate, along with high school seniors.
Participants will receive training in effective communication, conflict management, team leadership, project management, civic engagement and connecting with community resources.
