Highway 69 Paving Delays Continue This Week

Highway 69 remains open between Monroe and New Glarus, but drivers should expect more daytime delays this week as construction work continues north of Monticello.

According to the latest weekly update from Jim Grender, P.E., of CGC, Inc., milling operations between Monticello and New Glarus were completed Sept. 24.

Paving operations are expected to continue again tomorrow and Tuesday between Monticello and New Glarus, ending near Cow Path Lane. The work will focus on sideroads and intersections.

That work will be done under flagging operations, meaning drivers should expect delays throughout the working day.
