New Beer Venue Coming to a Remodeled Belleville Depot
Burlington-based Low Daily Beer plans to open a walk-up “field office” at The Yards at Belleville Depot later this year, bringing beer, canned wine, cocktails and merchandise to the developing food park along the Badger State Trail.
BELLEVILLE, Wis. — Low Daily Beer is coming to Belleville, with the Burlington craft brewery planning to open a small walk-up beer operation at The Yards at Belleville Depot later this year.
Low Daily announced the expansion on its Instagram feed Thursday, telling followers that it will open a small beer spot at The Yards while continuing to brew all of its beer in Burlington. The company described the Belleville operation as an additional “field office.”
The news was first reported Wednesday by Bobby Tanzilo, senior editor and writer for OnMilwaukee.com. Tanzilo reported that the new Low Daily location will operate from a custom-built shipping container at The Yards, 109 S. Park St., rather than as a second full-sized taproom.
The walk-up service window will offer a rotating selection of Low Daily beers on tap along with canned wine, cocktails and Low Daily merchandise. Owner Tim Sullivan told OnMilwaukee that the Burlington brewery and taproom will continue operating as usual, with all beer served in Belleville brewed there.
