New Glarus Middle School Ranked No. 1 in Madison Area

New Glarus Middle School has been ranked the No. 1 public middle school in the Madison area by Niche.com, according to an announcement Tuesday from the School District of New Glarus. The school also earned an overall A grade in the website’s school evaluations.

The recognition comes from Niche, a website that evaluates schools using a range of measures, including academics, teacher quality and other aspects of the educational experience.

New Glarus Middle School received an A for academics and an A+ for teachers. Those grades were among the results highlighted by the district in announcing the rankings.

“These rankings are a great reflection of the work our teachers and staff do every day to support students,” said New Glarus Middle School Principal Dr. Jeff Eichelkraut.
