Primrose Planning Commission to Review Deer Creek Rezoning
A proposed rezoning tied to the Deer Creek Sports & Conservation Club and replacement of an agricultural building are among the items scheduled for consideration when the Town of Primrose Planning Commission meets Monday evening.
The commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, at 8468 County Highway A, Verona. The agenda also includes public comment and approval of minutes from the commission’s June 22 meeting.
The most detailed item involves Jamie Royea and Deer Creek. Commissioners are scheduled to discuss and possibly act on a request to rezone a portion of parcel 0507-101-8200-6 to Recreational zoning. They also will consider an update to the existing conditional use permit for the Sports & Conservation Club that would include the newly rezoned portion.
Mary Kay Palmer and Lee Haag are also scheduled to appear before the commission regarding replacement of a 90-foot-by-50-foot agricultural building at 9260 Britt Valley Road in Mount Horeb.
