Primrose Town Board to Review EMS Services

The Primrose Town Board will consider emergency medical service agreements and a town garage furnace contract when supervisors meet Monday evening, along with election preparations and other routine town business.

Primrose Town Board to Review EMS Services

The Town of Primrose Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, at the Primrose Town Hall, 8468 County Highway A, near Verona.

A central item on the agenda is a discussion and possible action regarding emergency medical services for the township. Supervisors are expected to consider its EMS service agreement with New Glarus EMS and related matters.

The discussion comes just over a month after the Sugar River EMS District officially began operations June 30, combining the former New Glarus and Belleville ambulance services under a regional agreement. Any change by Primrose could further reduce the territory served under New Glarus EMS’ remaining service agreements.
