Town of New Glarus Plan Commission to Review Development Proposals
Commissioners will review a proposed eight-lot clustered residential development, a building site request near New Glarus, parcel development rights and zoning procedures during Thursday's Town of New Glarus Plan Commission meeting.
The Town of New Glarus Plan Commission is scheduled to meet Thursday evening with a full agenda that includes discussion of a proposed rural residential development, building site requests and several zoning-related matters that could affect future development in the township.
Among the most notable items is a concept plan submitted by Ed Klitzke for a clustered residential development off Hayes Lane. According to materials included in the meeting packet, the proposal currently contemplates eight clustered residential lots. A review prepared for the commission notes the property may contain sufficient development rights for additional lots in the future, although only the eight-lot concept is under consideration at this time.
The commission will also review a request involving property owner Ann Endrulat. Documents in the agenda packet indicate the discussion centers on the potential relocation of a residential building site between parcels and questions regarding access to the property.
