Town Plan Commission to Take Up Land-Use Questions

The Town of New Glarus Plan Commission will meet Thursday, Oct. 8, with several land-use matters on its agenda, including three proposed lots for Eddie Klitzke, a land division involving Lynn Paron, duplex construction in a cluster development and possible uses of town-owned land on Durst Road.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the New Glarus Town Garage, N8977 Hayes Lane. The commission is also scheduled to administer the oath of office to Dale Hustad and approve minutes from its June 18 meeting.

The Klitzke item has the most supporting information in the meeting materials. Construction documents for a proposed driveway show a graded access route, building envelopes, an 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe culvert and erosion-control measures, including a stone tracking pad, ditch checks and silt fencing.
