Camp Invention Returns to New Glarus with More Than 150 Students

The New Glarus School District will once again host Camp Invention, welcoming more than 150 students to New Glarus Middle School for four days of hands-on STEM learning from July 6-9.

The nationally recognized summer enrichment program is designed for students entering kindergarten through sixth grade and encourages creativity, innovation and problem-solving through science, technology, engineering and mathematics activities.

According to the New Glarus School District, campers will work together to solve challenges, create original inventions and build critical-thinking skills through interactive projects designed to make learning engaging and fun.

Summer School Coordinator Jeff Eichelkraut said the strong enrollment reflects the community's enthusiasm for programs that encourage curiosity and creativity.
